Conclusion: Two patients with whiplash injury and disk herniation developed CHA associated with very high TNF-α levels. After manipulative therapy, these patients became symptom-free, and their TNF-α levels decreased substantially. (Source: Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics)
