We report the case of a 62-year-old male with these two diseases simultaneously. Incarcerated inguinal hernia was noted before operation. Amyand’s hernia was noted during the operation. Adenocarcinoid tumor of the appendix was noted after the operation. Operative decisions were changed during the medical course.
